
Brittany Belcher

Brittany was born and raised in the East Kootenays. In 2015, she moved to Kelowna to complete her undergraduate degree, majoring in psychology at the University of British Columbia Okanagan campus. During her undergraduate degree, she volunteered in various psychology labs, contributing to research on mental health and substance use.
Brittany received her law degree from Thompson Rivers University in 2023. Her passion for criminal law led her to choose classes that focused on the complexities and intricacies of the criminal justice system and the Canadian Charter.
She is passionate and committed to providing excellent advocacy and representation. Brittany has appeared in the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia and has experience in criminal law, family law, and civil litigation.
