Hursh Sahil

Articling Student

Hursh Sahil was born in Calgary, Alberta, and spent his early years there. In 2006, at the age of 11, he moved to India with his family to reconnect with his cultural roots and completed his high school education in Punjab. He returned to Canada in 2020.

A multi-linguistic individual with a blend of Indian and Canadian cultural influences, Mr. Sahil brings a rich and diverse range of experiences. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (five-year integrated course) with honors in sociology from the University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Mr. Sahil’s formative years in Canada, combined with his education in India, have provided him with unique cultural insights, enabling him to connect effectively with people from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

While pursuing his law degree in India, Mr. Sahil interned at various law offices, gaining valuable experience in both Civil and Criminal Law. He is currently an Articled Student with The Bridge Law Firm in Penticton and practices in the areas of Criminal, Civil, and Family Law.

In his leisure time, Mr. Sahil enjoys photography and travelling.
