Jaclyn Simon

Designated Paralegal

Jaclyn was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. She obtained her Legal Assistant Diploma from Robertson College in August 2021. After graduating, Jaclyn moved to Penticton in September 2021 to join the Bridge Law Team as a Legal Assistant to Monique Patterson, and advanced to Designated Paralegal within three years. Her studies and work experience have provided her with a strong foundation in practice and procedure in civil, family, criminal, and Wills and Estates law, as well as proceedings in the BC Court of Appeal and the Court Martials.

Jaclyn is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Law in the United Kingdom. Jaclyn will be relocating to Nottingham in September 2026 to complete her third and final year of University and continue with her role as a Designated Paralegal working remotely with Bridge Law. Following graduation, Jaclyn seeks to focus on Criminal, Family, and Military Law.

Outside the office, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her cat, going to the beach, paddle boarding, going to the gym, and exploring the Okanagan with her friends.
